Just a good pick for a flash stay in Killarney with great value for money. The double room was comfy, but a bedside lamp would've helped.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I loved the cozy family room with its unique setup, providing both space and privacy for everyone. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids, letting them splash around while we relaxed nearby. Plus, being just a short walk from the town center made our adventure so much easier!
Strongly recommend 💖💖

Aged furniture and room decor could use an update!!! With noisy neighbors and limited power outlets, it's a bit of a hassle. Moreover, the bar food was underwhelming and overpriced for what it offered!!!

Great family space and friendly vibes
We had a solid 2 nights in a Superior Family Room. The layout was super spacious for our crew of five, and the pool was a hit with the kids. The staff were really welcoming, which made the stay even better. Just wish the dining area had more options because we just ended up grabbing snacks.

The family room was really spacious and cozy, which was perfect after a long day. The beds were super comfy, and we all appreciated the lovely soft towels. Just a little bummed there wasn’t a walk-in shower, but overall, a great setup for our family. The kids loved having some space to play too!

Perfect place for families
The kids loved the pool so much they didn't want to leave. The staff were nice, especially the cleaning lady who helped when my daughter got sick at night.
It wasn't exactly pocket change but still reasonable.

The hotel location was fantastic, just a stroll from town, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. However, the food in the bar fell short, and some room updates are necessary, as issues with temperature and water pressure were noticeable. Overall, a solid place to unwind.

good stay but needs some attention
The housekeeping staff delivered exceptional service. Our double room was consistently clean and well-organized throughout our stay.
The breakfast options could be more diverse than they currently are.

missingWrote a review on 09 Julclean bathroomscozy family roomfriendly staffslow servicenoisy roomold furniture
The family room had a cozy feel and plenty of space for us. Clean bathrooms made a good impression at first. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which created a nice atmosphere. However, some furniture was quite old and could use updating. The bar service was slow, especially for dessert. we waited too long and felt forgotten. The location of our room was on the ground floor, right by the pool area, meaning noise from children running around was a constant disturbance until late at night. It would be better to stay on a higher floor next time. The pool reservation requirement caught us off guard and disappointed the kids. They were upset when we learned we couldn't swim before check-out. Breakfast had some nice options, but that extra cost felt steep considering the quality. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs better communication regarding amenities like the pool and some staff training for improved service.

Clean accommodations made for a solid base. we appreciated having access to the heated pool, perfect for winding down after a day in town. The location offers immediate access to main attractions, making it easy to explore without wasting time on transportation.
The dining options left room for improvement, with the bar food averaging out to be underwhelming. the pizza was particularly greasy. Our family room felt cramped due to the clutter of unnecessary chairs. Also, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, which can be a bummer when you’re trying to catch some Z's after a day of adventures. No bottled water in the room was a letdown, and the noisy toilet cistern was annoying during the night. Oh, and waking up to a fire alarm at 3 AM wasn't ideal, even if it was just for 10 seconds.
